 Plastex Pillomat is a multi-purpose cushioned mat specifically designed to line worktops, shelving and compartments.

 Built from a tubular construction with air-filled hollow sections, Plastex Pillomat Cushioned Mat provides a lightweight surface matting solution that’s quick to install, and easy to clean and maintain, promoting a tidy and organised workspace.

Versatility is at the forefront of its design, making it an ideal choice for boat enthusiasts, craftsmen, and production line workers alike.

Its open grid ensures good drainage and fall through, and the non-porous PVC is impermeable to fluids, making this tubular matting suitable for a wide range of environments, including as a boat storage hatch liner in marine environments, a workbench surface protection mat in manufacturing workplaces, and a workbench mat in production lines.

Technical Information

ACOUSTIC	Excellent sound absorption properties
CHEMICAL	Resistant to most acids, alkalines and oils. You can read more about specific chemical resistances by downloading this information sheet.
COMPOSITION	Flexible Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
ENVIRONMENT	Pillomat is 100% recyclable. We don’t use any substances included in the SVHC list under REACH in any of our matting products.
HYGIENE	Made from non-porous PVC that’s naturally resistant to bacteria growth.
REVERSION	Thermoplastic shrinkage can result in size reductions up to 2%. This may be accelerated in hot environments. You can read more about the causes of shrinkage by downloading this information sheet.
THERMAL	Designed to function at temperatures from -9°F and up to +140°F. Slight size variation may occur at temperature extremes.
UV LIGHT	Resistant to PVC degradation
